Deafblind Unit – training

We run training courses to enable people to obtain a professional qualification. The examination NVQ Level III Certificate in Communicating and Guiding Skills is a nationally recognised qualification required for working with deafblind people.

We also carry out our own in-house awareness training for volunteers and students on placement.

For further information please contact the Deafblind Unit, Tel: 0113 243 8328.
