Keeping fit
Yes, all this relaxing is all very well, but there is another side to life. Here, we have a walking machine and an exercise bike, and service users can also get advice about their diet and general health. There are also trips to the swimming baths as well - some service users have had the chance to swim for the first time in their lives.
