How individuals can support us
A little help goes a long way. By taking one small step towards supporting us, you will be helping to bring the community of Leeds together by bridging the communication divide through such schemes as our Guide Communicator Scheme for deafblind people.
You can make a contribution to our work by:
-
sending us a one-off donation by post. Please send your cheque (made payable to Leeds Society for Deaf and Blind People) to Centenary House, North Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS2 8JS
-
setting up a regular donation
-
giving through your pay packet or pension
-
leaving us a gift in your will
-
raising money through taking part in an event or holding your own fundraising event
-
donating your time by volunteering
-
donating shares and other investments
-
fundraising in schools, colleges or universities
-
getting your workplace involved and asking your company for support - find out more about how they can help us
Thank you for your support - please remember to gift aid your donation if you are a UK taxpayer, as Leeds Society for Deaf and Blind People will receive money back from the Inland Revenue at no extra cost to yourself.
